Prefi has found in 1995, in ankara. Main manufacturings was on modular units. In 1997 prefi has started to build for turkish armed forces modular buildings. At the beginnig one storey buildings were choosen to build for taf.

In recent years prefi has the referance of building also with two storeys and has a good capacity on containers, wide spanneds which are especially warehouses and car pool facilities and trailers production.
